At Dermexa, we work to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours after the order is placed. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment with our logistics partner.
Delivery Within Nigeria
We currently deliver within Nigeria only.
Orders are shipped via GIG Logistics (GIGL) and typically arrive within 3–4 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Please note that while we work closely with our logistics partner, any delays caused by the courier are outside of our control.
International Shipping
At the moment, Dermexa does not offer standard international shipping.
