Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective
  • Different from what was ordered or advertised

Please contact us and we will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

You may be required to provide clear photos of the product received.

Product Effectiveness

Because Dermexa is a skincare product, results may vary depending on individual skin types.

For best results, we recommend using up to 10 tubes of Dermexa Acne Treatment Gel consistently as part of your skincare routine.

However, we cannot offer refunds based on the product not working for you, as skin reactions and results differ from person to person.

Dermexa has helped many customers improve their skin, and we currently have a 95% customer satisfaction rate supported by customer testimonials, but results are not guaranteed.
